To Our Clients, and Community
As our community begins to feel the impact of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), we wanted to share our concerns and steps we are taking to ensure the health and safety of our staff and clients. We are closely monitoring local and national reports on the constantly evolving impact of the COVID-19 and taking the necessary steps that will allow us to respond in timely and appropriate manner.
Due to the small size of our company we will cautiously remain open. We are asking that any business be conducted by email or phone whenever possible. Please do not visit the office unless it is absolutely necessary.
We have increased our housekeeping and sanitization efforts in our office. We are frequently disinfecting often-touched surfaces such as door handles, countertops, keypads, and restroom surfaces, We are asking all of our employees to follow the CDC guidelines to prevent the spread of the infection.
We have implemented guidelines that instruct those employees who have been instructed by their doctors or experience cold or flu-like symptoms, or individuals who have been diagnosed through testing with COVID-19 to stay home and follow the CDC's instructions.
We will continue to monitor the situation and adjust the actions taken as necessary to help limit the spread of this virus and do our part in helping to protect our valued clients, employees and community.
We are aware of the inconvenience this may cause but if we all do our part in abiding by the recommendations of our local and federal governments and the CDC we will not only make it through these concerning times, but we will make it through as a stronger community. We want to thank you, our neighbors and community for your never wavering support.
