The company was established at 41 Summit Street in Jackson California as Toma & Anderson in 1969. The principle partners, Ciro Toma and Matthew Toma re-established the company as Toma & Associates on July 1, 2007.
The firm is composed of the two founding members Ciro Toma L.S. and Matthew Toma LSIT. Our leadership staff also includes Jesse Shaw P.E. Mr. Shaw specializes in water and waste water design and handles our civil engineering projects. Our additional staff members have over 100 years of combined experience in the surveying and engineering field.
Toma & Associates has performed the majority of our survey work in Amador County California since 1969. Our services are utilized by several agencies including, County of Amador, Amador Water Agency, Jackson Valley Irrigation District, City of Jackson, City of Sutter Creek, Central Amador Water Project, Amador County Unified School District and U.S. Forest Service.
