 We offer a variety of Land Surveying Services such as Tentative and Final Parcel Map preparation, Construction Surveying, ALTA survey preparation, Property surveys and Topographic surveys, Legal Description preparation, Dedications, Boundary and Lot Line adjustments, rezones, annexations, etc. Toma & Associates, Inc. has provided surveying services for several single family subdivisions, consisting of hundreds of lots, since we began our company in 1969. These services consist of initial boundary and topographic surveys, calculations and mapping, construction staking and the setting of the final property corner monuments.  We have also provided surveying services for churches, schools and commercial projects.
