 We offer a variety of Land Surveying Services such as Tentative and Final Parcel Map preparation, Construction Surveying, ALTA survey preparation, Property surveys and Topographic surveys, Legal Description preparation, Dedications, Boundary and Lot Line adjustments, rezones, annexations, etc. Toma & Associates, Inc. has provided surveying services for several single family subdivisions, consisting of hundreds of lots, since we began our company in 1969. These services consist of initial boundary and topographic surveys, calculations and mapping, construction staking and the setting of the final property corner monuments.  We have also provided surveying services for churches, schools and commercial projects.

Our engineering staff has over 90 years of combined experience and our engineering services consist of  complete civil plan sets for Improvement plans to include, but not limited to, Grading plans, Septic plans, Water and Waste Water plans, Septic plans, Erosion Control plans, Storm Drainage plans, Single Lot Site plans, Subdivision plans. Our firm will work with our clients to create the design. Our experienced civil engineering staff works closely with local government agencies to ensure your project is approved for construction as with all necessary permits.
